    Examples of How a Professional Culture Is Being Nurtured

    MasterCorp, Inc.
    MasterCorp, a provider of housekeeping services to the resort timeshare industry, has purchased our Train-the-Facilitator resource materials to provide our Professionalism Is for Everyone seminar for members of its staff.

    McDonald’s Corporation
    The MCOPCO Eastern Region of McDonald’s (approximately 1,500 company-owned and company-operated restaurants) provided copies of Professionalism Is for Everyone to all of the leaders and restaurant managers in the region along with customized “Tip” cards for teaching the principles in the book and discussing them with associates. This organization also provided the companion books, ABCs for Life, World-Class Customer Service, and It’s About TIME! to each of the leaders and managers in the region.

    Miller Poultry in Orland, Indiana, purchased our Soaring with Professionalism program for associates at their plant.

    Rosen School of Hospitality at the University of Central Florida purchased copies of Professionalism Is for Everyone for all 2,000+ students.

    Schwan’s Foods
    Schwan’s Foods, a privately held company in Marshall, Minnesota is the largest branded frozen food company in the United States. In conjunction with the Eastern Region’s Annual Leadership Awards convention, The Goals Institute, presented a customized, interactive presentation entitled Soaring with Professionalism for two groups with 250 leaders in each group. Unique handouts were created specifically for this program.

    Southern Management Corporation
    Southern Management Corporation is the largest privately owned residential property management company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Southern Management University retained The Goals Institute to provide a customized six-hour program on Professionalism Is for Everyone for its nearly 100 leaders. This unique seminar included skits, role-plays, and the creation of teaching tools and presentation aids for use in training others.

    The Tower Club
    The Tower Club, a Club Corporation of America club, provided a learning leader program for the staff using Professionalism Is for Everyone. Each day for over a month management would open the book to two new pages and read the principles discussed there along with the Dos and Don’ts provided. Then management would ask and answer questions to reinforce the concepts and identify actions for tweaking the Club’s quest for perfection.
