Learning Tools and Resources and 'Train-the-Facilitator' Programs
Our primary business at The Goals Institute is creating and producing tools and resources that both individuals and organizations may use to achieve their goals, improve their performance, and attain the success and happiness they desire.
These tools and resources consist of systems, methods, books, videos, and tools for implementation.
We offer our tools and resources through our Bookstore and also through our 'Train-the-Facilitator' program and related 'Train-the-Facilitator' offerings for seminars and presentations.
We offer one- and two-day Strategic Goal Retreats for leadership teams that are serious about improving growth, profits, and performance and taking their organizations to the next levels of success.
We begin by teaching our 5Cs of Leadership Goals System. Then work with the teams to apply our system to brainstorm innovative and powerful goal ideas and then develop their specific goals and strategies for success in achieving those goals.
A big value we provide is that we will identify, create, and contribute dozens of business ideas and strategies that the leaders and managers of the company may not identify or focus upon.
Leaders learn how to think out of the box and raise their sights on bigger and better goals. The learn how to be more effective and increase their results in achieving their goals by using our tools. In addition, they leave the retreat with dramatically improved goals and specific action steps for making all of their goals Laser-Clear and then communicating their goals and motivating their associates to achieve them.
We have facilitated Strategic Goal Retreats and helped many organizations achieve their goals including agencies in the Federal Government, Associations, and Businesses that wanted to grow faster and improve profits.
