The Goals Institute felt today's contemporary definitions for 'professionalism' to be rather vague, providing little guidance and direction for anyone to learn, develop, and hone their professionalism' skills. 

In 2001, we published what became our most-popular resource, Professionalism Is for Everyone along with the accompanying "Train-the-Facilitator" tools and resources program used for organizational implementation.
