Learning Leader Facilitation Kits
For each program, we offer the same high quality materials we have used for our own seminars. The materials vary from program to program depending upon the content, however we provide certain key materials for every one of our programs. These include a three-ring binder with the following items:
- Facilitator Guides for Learning Leaders - these guides are separately bound documents you can take out of the binder and use as a cookbook like tool for guidance and instruction in teaching the course.
The Facilitation Guides provide step-by-step instructions for what to do and say to present the material.
- Unique layout: The Facilitator Guides are laid out to show the script and instructions for teaching each segment of the program along with small images of the Power Point slides to be used and the respective pages from the Participant Guides that participants will be looking at. This approach makes it simple to teach our programs.
- Complete word-by-word scripts are provided as suggestions for what to say and do to present the material and facilitate the program
- Power Point® presentation slides. These are not your typical Power Point slides with lots of words and bulleted text.
While we provide many slides to aid in presentation, there is no chance of "death by Power Point" with our programs.
Our slides are designed with impactful images that bring the concepts to life and make memorable impressions so that people stay focused on the right points and remember what they are learning.
