We offer facilitator and participant resource materials at affordable prices for experienced learning leaders in organizations that want to facilitate their own learning programs for their own associates.

Our tools are high quality, full color, affordable, effective, and easy to use.

We sell only to experienced individuals; we do not provide training for how to teach and facilitate.

• You Can Teach Our Programs: If you are an experienced learning leader, seminar facilitator, or business manager who has provided training sessions for your associates. You can teach our programs and have great success in doing so.
  
  
• Everything You Need: Our facilitator materials are complete with step-by-step instructions and everything you need to prepare and present your program.

Flexibility - Do It Your Way

Our materials are adaptable to the format and length of program you prefer. Use them for presentations of 30- to 90-minutes or half-day and full-day interactive learning seminars.

We have some customers that use our materials to provide full-day programs, some that provide half-day programs, some that provide a series of one- and two-hour programs, and some that use our materials to provide refresher courses of varying lengths.

10-Person Starter Kit— Your Initial Investment

The minimum initial purchase for each of our learning seminars is a 10-person Starter Kit. 

The Starter Kit includes one Learning Leader Facilitation Kit and 10 Participant Kits. See a description of these below.

After one Starter Kit is purchased, additional Facilitator Kits and Participant Kits may be purchased for the same organization in any quantities desired.

The general content of our Starter Kits is described on this page. There are additional content-specific items in each kit and these depend upon the program.

We would be happy to send you detailed information on any program you like.

Please Note: We offer a 100% replacement guarantee for our items in the event they arrive damaged or do not work properly (in the event of software discs.)

Our Teach-It-Yourself Resource Tools, related Participant Kits, books, posters, and other items are not returnable.

We recommend that potential buyers purchase the book that the course is based on to evaluate course content as the courses we offer track the content that is in the books.

Learning Leader Facilitation Kits

For each program, we offer the same high quality materials we have used for our own seminars. The materials vary from program to program depending upon the content, however we provide certain key materials for every one of our programs. These include a three-ring binder with the following items:

• Facilitator Guides for Learning Leaders - these guides are separately bound documents you can take out of the binder and use as a cookbook-like tool for guidance and instruction in teaching the course. The Facilitation Guides provide step-by-step instructions for what to do and say to present the material.
  
  
• Unique layout: The Facilitator Guides are laid out to show the script and instructions for teaching each segment of the program along with small images of the PowerPoint slides to be used and the respective pages from the Participant Guides that participants will be looking at. This approach makes it simple to teach our programs.
  
  
• Complete word-by-word scripts are provided as suggestions for what to say and do to present the material and facilitate the program
  
  
• PowerPoint® presentation slides. These are not your typical PowerPoint slides with lots of words and bulleted text.
  
  While we provide many slides to aid in presentation, there is no chance of "death by PowerPoint" with our programs. Our slides are designed with impactful images that bring the concepts to life and make memorable impressions so that people stay focused on the right points and remember what they are learning.
  
  
• Suggested Timetables and Planning Worksheets to lay out your program to suit your timetable and objectives.
  
  
• Summary of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). This is a summary of the most common questions people have had about what to do and how to do it to teach our programs.

Participant Kits

As with the Learning Leader Tools, for participants we offer the same high quality materials we use for our own seminars.

The materials for participants vary from program to program depending upon the content; however, we provide certain key materials for every one of our programs. These include:

• Learning Guides for participants - these are full-color guides with exercises, tips, reminders, and teaching stories
  
  
• Reference, resource, and implementation tools for participants that include laminated reminder cards, buttons, and other implementation aids and reminders
  
  
• Books or Reference Guides on each topic that contain supplemental material and serve as ready references for self-study and follow-on learning
